A tall glass of water...

We want to start off this message to tell everyone that we are so grateful for each and every one of you. Over these past few years, we have grown in ways that we never imagined and you all are the ones that make that possible. On that note, we have absolutely noticed that our business has grown much faster than we ever anticipated or were ready for. We recognize there will need to be some things that will need to change in order to more efficiently and effectively work together.

One immediate issue that has come to light is inconsistent farrier services with Danvers. Recent discussions have been had with Danvers and efforts have been made so that going forward, service will be consistent. However, if you want to bring your own farrier to the barn you are more than welcome to do so. Please understand that if you choose to bring your own farrier you will be responsible for scheduling them to be on-site, must be present for the shoeing, and it must be within the set barn hours of Tuesday-Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm. All farriers will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis to allow ample access to the facilities.

And speaking of scheduling, with school out for summer the lesson schedule will get a much needed makeover. Priority to students/boarders scheduled to show within 30 days will be given and all private lessons scheduled with Brian will require regular show participation. A new Sunday morning group session with Brian will be added but a separate communication in this regard will follow.

Looking forward our next goals are to better organize for horse shows specifically the following; rigid schedule set for the year, commitments to shows 3months in advance, minimum of 4 horses and maximum of 8 horses per show with a first come first service (with check).

We are also seeking ways to hear and respond to your complaints/comments/suggestions, ideas etc. to discuss issues, to set and communicate long term goals, or to help with gaps in knowledge. To accommodate this we will be available at the end of the Sunday morning group session (around noon) to chat. Scheduling this time in advance is encouraged as our attention will clearly be on a first come first serve basis.

Overall, we are so excited to keep moving forward, we will continue to improve where we can! See you all at the barn!!
